3. Roller processing does not belong to strong cutting. According to the actual use of this process, this machine tool uses a 5.5Kw motor with low starting current, agility, high efficiency and low consumption, which reduces the cost of use.
4. It is equipped with a hydraulic automatic tool release mechanism. When the tool is fed to the predetermined position, it automatically releases the tool to avoid scratching the processed surface.
5. The clamping screw is set in the middle of the equipment based on long-term use experience; all double-car equipment with screws on the side is prone to twisting and jumping of the support plate after clamping when the equipment is slightly aged; the equipment with screws in the middle does not have this problem, and this equipment does not need to make a separate foundation, and the operation is stable.
